We get it, some times an item doesn’t work out. That’s why we try to make returns & exchanges as hassle-free as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Deadline
Items that have been unworn, bear the original tags/labels, and have proof of receipt may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of when it was originally received. We apply returns and exchanges to the tender it was purchased with.

Each Proof Collective package will include a pre-paid return label for orders placed in the continental U.S. We do not currently offer free returns for international orders. When making a return, please place your items in its original packaging, including any paperwork that was in the box at the time of delivery. Please fill out our returns questionnaire before mailing your items back. Attach your return label to the outside of the package.

If you would like to exchange your order, please email us at email@example.com to start the Order Exchange Process. Before shipping your products back to us, we need to ensure that we have your new item in stock. All returned product will be processed as a return unless the Order Exchange Process was started prior to sending it back to us.
Once we have received your return, we will process it through our fulfillment center. You can expect to see your money back in your account 2-3 days after processing. Misplaced Shipping Label or Original Packaging If you do not have the original packaging, please package your items in a secure, sturdy box. If you have misplaced your return label, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you an email with your printable label once we have processed your request.
